Artists Needed for Habitat ReStore Art Show in Paoli

The Habitat ReStore is seeking artists for a summer art show that will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Dane County.  The artwork will be on display at the Artisan Gallery in Paoli from Aug. 7 to Sept. 13. Pieces submitted for the show must have a salvage component which may include a found object, construction material or something from the Habitat ReStore. The ReStore will provide up to $15 of material from the ReStore to be used for the artwork. 

Dimensions of the pieces for the show cannot exceed four feet by four feet. The show will be juried by professional artists. The minimum-bid value of art pieces will be established jointly by the artist and the jurors, with final determination by the jurors. The art pieces will be sold by silent auction. Artists will receive up to 40 percent of the minimum bid value of their piece or artists may donate the entire sale amount to the Habitat ReStore.

Artist submission form (below) is due April 10 at the Habitat ReStore, 208 Cottage Grove Road, Madison. Artist work is due to the Paoli Artisan Gallery by Aug. 3.
