Horeb Satellite is a group of volunteers committed to carrying out the mission of Habitat for Humanity to build simple, decent, affordable housing. The Mt. Horeb Satellite formed in 2001, partners with Habitat for Humanity of Dane County (HFHDC) in the planning, family selection, and building of a local Habitat home. The home built in 2006 will be the Mt. Horeb Satellite’s second home they have funded and constructed in the Mt. Horeb area since 2001.
